The Resort at Pedregal
Why we like it
- This is the only Luxury Hotel located in the heart of Cabo, just a short 8 minute walk from the town of Cabo San Lucas and Cabo Marina for an easy access to shopping and alternative selection of restaurants and bars
- It has a completely private beach overlooking the Pacific as it is enclosed by cliffs on both sides
- The Resort at Pedregal prides itself on its exceptional service and exquisite gourmet cuisine
- Our favourite rooms are the Beachfront Suites with dramatic beachfront ocean views, a private plunge pool, and a fire pit for cooler evenings.
For a really romantic spot, book a table at El Farallon seafood restaurant located on a rocky promontory overlooking the ocean on the edge of the resort. Select the freshest catch of the day and then watch it being cooked to perfection on the outdoor grill.

Located on the southernmost tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, carved into the mountainside, this beautiful resort overlooks the ocean, where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez.
The Resort of Pedregal that is reached through the only privately-owned tunnel in Mexico has everything you need for the most wonderful vacation in Cabo San Lucas.
The accommodations range from luxury rooms to secluded casitas, all boasting the highest quality furnishings and amenities. All rooms and suites come with a private terrace and plunge pool with views over the ocean, while inside they have fireplaces for the cooler months.
With an infinity pool, a large spa with a plethora of treatments, yoga classes, tennis courts and top-class dining all available, you may never want to leave the resort.
Best time to be there
October to April as the rainy season works its way up from the south beginning in May and running until September. Hurricanes may occur from July to October. December to February are the coolest months, when northerly winds can sometimes take inland northern Mexico temperatures down to freezing.
