  • Las Alamandas is a health and well-being paradise - offering a fully equipped gym, beautiful hikes for all skill levels, a jet pool for water classes, and a seaside yoga palapa for one-on-one classes. Massages are available for post-exercise relaxation and recuperation
  • Mosaic paths wind through tropical gardens dotted with pink sun beds to relaxed pool areas, a thatched beach bar and the deserted beach beyond
  • Other facilities include an art gallery, TV lounge and gift shop, whilst activities range from sports and mountain biking to horse riding, snorkelling and boat trips

THE HOTEL
A luxury boutique hotel and México's most private resort, Las Alamandas is a romantic retreat on the Pacific Coast. Managed as an elegant, private estate where guests are afforded the highest standards of hospitality, this exclusive beachfront hideaway is situated on over 1,500 acres of unspoilt tropical paradise where just six villas accommodate a maximum of 33 guests.

The resort's villas, with tile roofs, shaded terraces and ceramic floors, are simply wonderful.  All are individually decorated using México's finest craftwork, bright colours and traditional designs - Casa del Sol Villa contrasts sunshine yellow with shocking pink, while Casa Azul coolly combines blue and terracotta tones.

The public areas too are beautifully put together, combining an authentic Mexican flavour with contemporary chic amidst lush tropical surroundings.  This resort is exclusivity and escape at its best.

We recommendWe loved the Estrella Azul rooftop bar.  Wonderfully chic, it is a haven of plump turquoise cushions and tequila extravagance. Watch out for the local 'mescal!

Guest Testimonial

Once again we have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with A&K. There was a fascinating mix of location and camp styles and the particular sequence worked very well for us.
