Why we like it

  • Positioned on the edge of a 250 metre high dune
  • Activities on offer are guided scenic drives, 2 or 3 hour walking safari and pure relaxation in the peacefulness of the reserve
  • Hot Air Balloon trips, scenic flights and a local village tour are extra excursions that can be arranged
  • Dune camp offers a more down- to earth experience and the rustic appeal of this camp attracts the younger generation and the more adventurous traveller

A&K Top Tip

Guest Testimonial

Joanne Swinton was excellent and dealt with our numerous changes with courtesy and timely attention. Some of the places we stayed we might not have found without A&K and we would certainly return to them.

- TA, Somerset

Dune camp sleeps a maximum of 12 people in six comfortable tents which are pitched on wooden platforms.

The main areas of the camp comprise of a lounge, dining room and open plan kitchen - chat to the chef as he prepares a sumptuous dinner. Dune camp is a place to relax and lap up the incredible vistas of this enchanting nature reserve.
