THE HOTEL
Nestled at the end of Grand Cul de Sac Bay, Hotel Guanahani is set on its own private peninsula overlooking Marigot Bay. Elegant, inimate and contemporary, it epitomises the very finest in Creole traditions, created by the blending of French colonial refinements with the Caribbean's languid grace. Tropical gardens hide the accommodation cottages, while two beaches offer secluded calm or ocean breezes. Rooms and Suites are decorated in bright colours in harmony with the setting and are modern and well equipped. Facilties include the delightful Clarins Spa, watersports centre, swimming pool, fitness room and for children options abound at the Kindergarten and Junior's. Finally we recommend a table at Barto, for some of the finest cuisine in the area.
Feel free to indulge in the pastry chef's wizardry of black Caribbean chocolate Valrhona Soufflé or 'Passion of the Islands' fruit combination.
