Role: Biddable Media Executive

Department: Marketing 

Location: London 

Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager, Distribution


A&K is looking for an experienced, commercially minded and results-driven biddable media professional to manage the paid digital elements for and sites. Primarily responsible for managing PPC campaigns, you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic and enquiries to both websites. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate an enthusiasm and solid understanding of all disciplines of digital media including SEO, Paid Search, Programmatic and Affiliates.


  • Day to day responsibility for campaigns including bid management, ad copy testing, keyword optimisation.
  • Be confident in setting up multiple biddable campaigns, including structure, ad copy writing and keyword research
  • Implement A/B testing with full reporting and data to identify trends and implement campaign improvements
  • Production of weekly and monthly reporting 
  • Work with the marketing programme executives to ensure that on site copy and landing pages are fully optimised and seasonality of demand and target audiences are catered for
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation of dynamic search, remarketing and core campaigns
  • Paid Social
  • Work with social media executive to build effective, targeted paid advertising campaigns across social channels
  • Work with media agency to ensure remarketing, prospecting campaigns align with business objectives and in-house managed PPC campaigns
  • SEO
  • Working alongside the SEO agency/consultant to implement recommendations and best practice SEO optimisation techniques
  • Work with internal programme marketing team to drive SEO requirements in content creation and programming
  • Develop and implement link building strategy through competitor analysis and outreach strategy
  • Support changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and system developments and implement accordingly
  • Essential
  • Detailed knowledge of Google Adwords, Bing and Google Analytics is essential
  • A minimum of two years PPC & SEO experience
  • Travel industry experience desired
  • Insights driven with a passion for search engine marketing
  • You may be ex-agency looking to take your skills in-house and take ownership of a single brand
  • Effective communicator, accurate, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Organised, able to manage streams of information from numerous sources
  • Excellent command of English and written communication skills
  • Team player
