Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and understanding of industry trends, target consumer and customer behavior and enquiry and sales patterns to identify relevant and timely marketing opportunities
  • Creation of marketing and content calendar for product lines taking into account seasonal trends, market demand and channels for maximum ROI
  • Ongoing reporting on marketing activity to identify future opportunities
  • Produce creative briefs and liaise with creative team to prepare on brand, visually effective and relevant marketing collateral
  • Day to day management of product line budgets and advertising deadlines
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to maximise engagement and distribution of product content with particular focus on:

- Product Managers; to identify priority product for promotion and feedback trends and competitor activity for future development

- Distribution team; to ensure timeliness and maximum reach for content and product and support distribution team in sourcing third party partnerships to increase awareness of product line to new relevant audiences

- Sales teams; to communicate activity schedules, source feedback on effectiveness of campaigns and utilise sales expertise to improve content

- Campaign Marketing Executive; to ensure effective management of deadlines and successful flow of work between marketing teams

Required Skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Previous experience/knowledge of travel industry preferred
  • Must be data-driven, analytical and love solving problems
