Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Update
In response to the unprecedented actions being taken by countries around the world to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and current Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice, Abercrombie & Kent is temporarily suspending ground operations for guests until 31 May 2020. We are currently contacting all those affected, so please bear with us during this busy period. For departures after this date, we are continuously reviewing the situation, and your Travel Consultant will be in touch if your holiday is affected.
If you have been affected by the change in policy, an A&K Travel Consultant will contact you to discuss your travel plans. Our offices remain open, with all our staff now working from home.
For bookings due to depart through to 31 May, we will work with you to arrange your holiday to a future date, up until 31 Dec 2021. We may need to adjust the cost of your trip to reflect the new dates, particularly if those coincide with festivals or a higher season of travel. Equally, if the value of your postponed trip is less than your original trip, we will reduce the cost accordingly.
Make a new holiday booking with confidence and maximum flexibility
- For new tailor-made bookings made until 31 May 2020, clients may transfer bookings to the same or a new destination up until 60 days prior to departure, to an alternate date that departs before 31 December 2021. No amendment fees will be charged.

We appreciate your support during this challenging time and look forward to helping you plan your next A&K holiday.
