Purpose

This role will support the CRM Manager and marketing team to execute and deliver on the marketing plans for Abercrombie & Kent. The role will be responsible for supporting a broad range of on and offline marketing activities with a particular emphasis on digital channels.

 
Responsibilities
  • Support the CRM Manager with delivering the marketing strategy across B2B and B2C business.
  • Manage the email briefing process, working with internal and external teams to build and schedule upcoming campaigns.
  • Drafting and briefing marketing materials and collateral to support on-going campaigns.
  • Liaising and working closely with the product teams, to ensure the right products and content are promoted effectively across our websites and other marketing channels to support commercial needs.
  • Assist with managing the annual marketing calendar of activity and keeping the calendar up to date. 
  • Working with the media agency to help produce creative and execute advertising campaigns, working to strict copy deadlines.
  • Working with the creative, product and CRM teams to pull together relevant and timely direct mail campaigns.
  • Preparing marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools
  • Working with external partners in conjunction with the trade marketing executive to deliver collaborative campaigns to help drive awareness, enquiries and bookings.
  • Working with the social media team to ensure we are promoting the key products at the right time.
  • Process invoices and keep budget tracking documents up to date. 
  • Compile regular internal reports – ongoing tracking and evaluation of campaigns as well as campaign wrap up reports.
  • Support organisation and delivery of events and consumer travel fairs – stand design and production, collateral, help at shows as required.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and report regularly
 
 
 
About you
  • Experience in travel industry beneficial. 
  • Good knowledge of marketing concepts and principles 
  • Basic knowledge of digital media best practices 
  • Enthusiastic, conscientious and eager to learn. 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics beneficial 
  • Accurate, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Good command of English language and excellent writing skills 
  • Experience using email marketing scheduling platforms is preferred but not required. 
  • Good communicator 
  • Quick to grasp new systems and well organised. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
