    UK - Buenos Aires

    Elegant, old-world Buenos Aires brims with Latin American character and things that are uniquely Argentine, such as its tango bars and colourful kiosks. On arrival at Ezeiza International Airport, you'll be met by a member of our team and driven to the Four Seasons for three nights.

    Buenos Aires

    Your guide will take you on an insightful tour of Argentina's atmospheric capital. Start with the history (Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, La Boca) before visiting the Bombonera Stadium, home to the legendary football giants, Boca Juniors. The team’s colours of vivid blue and yellow adorn much of the architecture in the surrounding barrio. You may even get to watch the players train.

    Buenos Aires

    Saddle up as you spend the day at the polo of equivalent of Buckingham Palace, the home of top polo player Adolfo Cambiaso at his estancia (ranch) just outside the city. You'll have access to the pool before you begin your polo clinic, learning the ins and outs of this elite sport. Anyone from beginners to advanced players can take part. Your well-earned lunch will be a traditional outdoor barbecue.

    El Calafate

    After a short flight to El Calafate, you'll be driven to Hotel Posada Los Alamos, your home for the next two nights. The temporary domes are placed in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier, with enormous windows so you can enjoy the views from your bed. Go trekking with crampons over the glacier or navigate the shores of Lago Argentino. Explore the wildlife of Las Colonias peninsula before flying to Bariloche.

    Bariloche

    Bariloche is the Alps of South America. We've set aside plenty of time so you can explore at your own pace. On your first full day we'll be taking you on a tour of the region, exploring the Gutierrez Lake. You’ll ride on horseback through the woodland trails surrounding Lake Mascardi, followed by a traditional Patagonian lunch. Afterwards, choose between trekking up to Cerro Agostini's waterfall or kayaking.

    Ibera Wetlands

    After breakfast you’ll fly to Posadas in the Ibera Wetlands, via Buenos Aires. The Ibera Natural Reserve is one of the largest freshwater reservoirs on the continent. Look out for otter, maned wolf, deer and two species of caiman as you hike or kayak through the reserve. Puerto Valle Hotel de Esteros is in a convenient location and provides private access to the wetlands.

    Posadas - Puerto Iguazu

    Your next stop is Puerto Iguazu for a day on the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls National Park. Bring your waterproofs as you enjoy unique contact with nature within a few steps of the cascades. There's plenty to see at the Nature Interpretation Centre, where you'll begin your tour. Choose to see Devil’s Gorge, or perhaps walk along the Upper Trail with vast views of the Upper Iguazu River.

    Puerto Iguazu - Buenos Aires - UK

    Your Argentina family tour comes to an end today. You'll be taking a short flight from Puerto Iguazu to Buenos Aires, where you'll board your flight back to the UK.
