About Singita Boulders Lodge
Boulders Lodge takes its inspiration from a huge boulder that could not be removed without disturbing the environment during construction of this exquisite lodge. Therefore the entire camp has been carefully positioned so as to tread lightly on the surrounding environment. The interior of the lodge is truly stunning: the height of contemporary minimalism blending seamlessly with the space and temperament of the bush. Identical in size only to Ebony Lodge, Boulders Lodge accommodates 24 clients in 12 glass fronted suites, two of which have two bedrooms and can be converted for families.
If you can tear yourself away from the beauty of Boulders Lodge suites, there are many activities available. Aside from thrilling morning and evening game drives, experienced guides can lead you into the bush on foot for a close-up experience of this precious eco-system. If you would prefer not to walk, mountain bikes are also available and rangers are only too pleased to guide you on a trail through the bush. The African Trading store stocks a wide range of locally crafted curios and this combined with a tour of one of the local communities will really add to your understanding of the local area and Singita's involvement.
