About Kwandwe Ecca Lodge
Set in thick vegetation overlooking a dense valley, Ecca Lodge offers breath-taking views of steep shale cliffs. Expansive wooden viewing platforms provide the ideal setting for soaking up the bushveld atmosphere. Relax and enjoy a leisurely lunch or a sundowner drink on these decks. Rooms are airy and open with only a thin barrier between the indoors and the African bush.
Each of the six stylish suites features a spacious en-suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, loo and his and her basins. The look is contemporary combined with regional antiques. The guest areas include an open kitchen, a gorgeous lap pool and library. Wrap-around wooden decks lead from sitting rooms and bedrooms to private plunge pools and outdoor showers. Dining in Kwandwe is unforgettable but fun – children love the pizza-making sessions. Where you dine is also incredible: most meals are al fresco in these jaw-dropping surrounds.
