Classic Zambia

Our tailor made itineraries and personal Zambia travel guides will ensure your safari is packed with adventure, romance and thrilling wildlife encounters. We’ll also make sure you enjoy it in comfort and style. Walking safaris will take you to the heart of the renowned South Luangwa National Park. There will be canoe trips along the mighty Zambezi River in search of hippo and elephant. Wherever you are our experienced Zambia travel guides know precisely where to find the best viewing spots. You’ll stay in luxurious bush camps and idyllic riverside treehouses for a memorably authentic holiday in Zambia. And capping the trip in the best way possible will be the the iconic Victoria Falls.

UK - Lusaka

Your adventures in Zambia begin in the vibrant capital, Lusaka, with an overnight flight via Johannesburg or Dubai.

We’ll be at the airport to meet you on arrival. You’ll settle in at Latitude 15 Degrees, a cosmopolitan hotel just outside the city centre, which blends the best of traditional and modern African life.

Luangwa Valley

A short flight to Mfuwe in the Luangwa Valley, will bring you to one of the most wildlife-rich areas in all of Africa. Here you’ll stay in the remote but luxurious Sanctuary Puke Ridge Camp. A thrillingly diverse game population roams the valley’s waterways, plains and woodlands. Look out for hippo, leopard and some 400 bird species. Take a guided walking safari or an eerie night safari, and expect plenty of spine-tingling encounters along the way.

Lower Zambezi

Just a short flight from Mfuwe, the Lower Zambezi is where you’ll find Baines' River Camp, the perfect spot to observe wildlife from. Close to your camp, elephant and hippo come down to the river to drink and bathe. Take a canoe safari to explore the other wildlife on the Zambezi.

No visit to Zambia would be complete without catching sight of the spectacular Victoria Falls. The riverside town of Livingstone is named for the first European explorer to discover the falls in 1855. It has become a hub for adventure: bungee jumps, rope-swings and white water rafting trips on the Zambezi are just a few of the adrenaline-packed activities available. You can also explore the falls and surrounding area in a more sedate fashion of course, whether by sunset cruise or helicopter.

Livingstone - UK

As your Zambia adventure comes to an end, you’ll fly from Livingstone to Johannesburg. Here you can explore South Africa’s largest city for a while, or connect straightaway with an overnight flight back to the UK.
