About Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France
St-Barth Isle de France can't be topped for location - it's right on Flamands Bay, widely regarded as the island's finest beach. Stylish and intimate, it's a hotspot for celebrities with past guests including Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
This gorgeous hotel beautifully combines the unpretentious spirit of the West Indies with the sophisticated style of the South of France. Surrounded by white sand beaches, turquoise waters and tropical gardens, and cooled by gentle sea breezes, it feels like a true island paradise. All 61 rooms, suites and villas are individually designed and are either perched upon the hillside, set on the beach or nestled within the gardens. We like the one bedroom Beach Suites and three-bedroom Flamands Villas, which are located on the beach with private infinity pools.
Dine at La Case de L'Isle, where chef Yann Vinsot serves up delicious locally inspired French cuisine, salads and fresh grilled fish overlooking Flamands Bay, or at La Cabane de L'Isle for a feet-in-the-sand lunch or private dinner. La Case is one of the iconic restaurants of Saint Barthélemy and is presided over by Jean Imbert who presents a new culinary experience using local Caribbean delicacies. Meanwhile, La Cabane offers relaxed gourmet dining overlooking Flamands Bay. The White Bar offers all-day dining in the form of light dishes and cocktails around the gorgeous freshwater pool, overlooking the beach.
The Cheval Blanc Spa and Pavilion is hidden in the gardens, offering Guerlain rituals exclusive to the Caribbean. You will also have access to watersports, boating, horse riding, tennis (available locally) and a fitness centre.
