About Enchante
The pretty scenery that lines the Canal du Midi is best viewed from the top of a canal barge, and Enchante is one of the finest (the rooms are the largest on the whole canal). The double-decker barge has a decidedly Art Deco feel with masses of space, from the four large suites to the show kitchen;we think this contemporary barge is the best of the canal.
The large saloon has an iPod dock so you can bring your own tunes with you, the ideal way to relax when not visiting local olive presses and wineries with your expert guide. Take in the sun up on deck or refresh with a dip in the spa pool –it's ideal for stargazing. The towpath along the canal is perfect for exploring, so hop on the barge's folding bicycles and discover local markets or boules matches. Wi-Fi is included so you can make everyone back home envious with your sun-filled snaps.
