A sommelier is also on hand to help you choose from the extensive wine list – there are over 1000 bottles stored in the on-board wine cellar.

The cruise departs Port Debilly at 20.30 each day; a lunchtime cruise is also available departing at 12.45. This experience is shared with other guests. There is the option to reserve the boat privately or semi-privately for up to 45 guests.
