About Four Seasons Desroches Island
Open in early 2018, Four Seasons Desroches Island resort offers a rustic hideaway on one of the world’s most beautiful desert islands.
Wherever you stay, you’re direct to the beach. The beach suites’ and villas’ interiors have vintage touches which hint at a 19th-century explorer theme, though you have all the modern conveniences. There are four different dining options; there’s The Bar, where you can meet for sunset cocktails, Claudine, for Mediterranean specialties, The Lighthouse, where you can sample the freshest seafood, and at the The Deli you can get creative snacks and picnic fare.
Couple's massages by Terres d’Afrique are offered at the Spa, and children can meet the giant tortoise in the Kids For All Seasons programme. Fitness facilities include a gym, yoga and Pilates classes and personal trainers are available on request. On Desroches, families and couples will see something new every day. It might be when you’re kayaking along the shore, cycling the forest-lined paths or picnicking in the most secluded spots. And with nine miles of beaches to choose from, you don’t ever have to deal with crowds.
