About Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa

Located on French Polynesia's 'Island of Love', the Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa is a romantic beachfront property nestled between Opunohu Bay and Cooks Bay. Just 10 miles wide, the island of Moorea has previously been described as one of the most beautiful islands in the world and we can definitely see why; The resort is surrounded by an unspoiled landscape of jagged volcanic mountains, exotic flower gardens, powder white beaches and a crystal clear lagoon teaming with tropical marine life.

Each of the 104 thatched bungalows display a contemporary Polynesians style and are nestled in the colourful gardens or raised on stilts above the lagoon. All rooms have their own private terrace, marble bathroom with rain shower and separate bath tub and views overlooking the gardens, beach or lagoon. Garden Pool Bungalows have the added benefit of a private plunge pool. Those wanting a little more space can opt for one of the three spectacular suites; Covering 159 square metres, The King Garden Pool Suite boasts a separate living area, large private terrace and swimming pool while the King Overwater Bungalow and King Panoramic Overwater Bungalow both feature a water-side sun deck, glass-floor viewing panel and direct access to the lagoon.

Rotua Grill and Bar, situated between the pool and beach, is the perfect setting for snacks and light lunches while Arii Vahine Restaurant offers a combination of Polynesian and international cuisine, buffets, à la carte dishes and themed menus. After dinner, head over to trendy overwater bar, Toatea, for French Crêpes, Tahitian cocktails and sunset views. Facilities at the resort include an infinity pool, fitness centre, tennis court and Moorea Lagoon Spa as well as complimentary use of snorkelling equipment, kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boats. There are also numerous activities to be enjoyed around the island, such as heli-tours, horse riding and deep sea fishing.
