For 60 years, Abercrombie & Kent has been offering adventure by day and luxury by night. Our founder Geoffrey Kent launched the company in Kenya with a mobile refrigeration unit and the first luxurious tented camps in Africa. Today, we create tailor-made holidays around the world for our clients and remain the pioneers of luxury travel.

How we provide our clients with the best service

The A&K umbrella company also includes Cox & Kings, the longest established travel company in the world, which means we have the flexibility and freedom to provide our clients with the best. 

We have three offices worldwide with our Tour Operating Companies (TOCs) located in the UK, USA and Australia. Our Destination Management Companies (DMCs) are located in 55 global offices on seven continents. 

The specialist teams who work in our TOCs liaise directly with our clients, build bespoke itineraries and communicate with our agents on the ground and in hotels. Our sales support staff are vital members of this team.  Our UK TOC focuses on the following destinations:

Our DMCs focus on the operational side of the business without having to rely on third parties. The teams work with hotels, guides, transport and provide the special touches which make a memorable holiday. They do not liaise with clients but work with travel agents and our TOCs.
