My passion for travel was established from a very young age. I was born in Kenya and my parents travelled all over, instilling the importance of experiencing new cultures and places for as long as I can remember. Whilst Africa will always have my heart, I have been fortunate to have travelled to thirty-nine countries and I have met the most wonderful people along the way. There have been so many highlights including tubing down the Amazon River in Ecuador, sky diving in New Zealand, and living with a family in a remote village in Fiji teaching English and coaching hockey and netball. Fiji was part of a year-long trip that I naively thought would keep my wanderlust at bay. Fortunately it only fed the beast and I am so grateful for that.
