Visiting the Maldives in January
January is the coolest month of the year, but ‘cool’ by Maldivian standards is still hot. The average temperature for January is 28 degrees Celsius, and – with it being the middle of the dry season – expect to be bathed in around nine hours of sunshine per day. These conditions are just right for an unforgettable beach holiday, which is why it’s one of the most popular months to visit.
