About The Palace of the Lost City
The Palace of the Lost City is a palatial resort in the stunning surroundings of Pilanesberg National Park. It has a plethora of accommodation options, from spacious rooms to stunning suites – we like the African Suite, with its draped four-poster bed and warm colours that evoke the true spirit of Africa. Alongside the wide variety of rooms and suites there’s also a range of restaurant choices, from the dramatic interiors of Plume, which puts an African twist on classic French cuisine, to Crystal Court, designed for long lunches and celebrations, and The Tusk Bar & Lounge, a safari-themed cocktail lounge. Carnivores will love The Grill Room, a steakhouse straight out of New York. You’ll not tire of the choice of activities on offer, from the 72-par, 18-hole golf course designed by Gary Player, a maze, safari tours, swimming pools and the Valley of Waves Water Park with a lagoon that generates waves, water slides and tube rides.
